These are the three pillars that I use to support my work within the yoga community.
My intent is to share this yoga practice and to be of service to those who suffer from anxiety, stress and burnout. As someone who is a current participant of the corporate world, I understand the stresses and feelings of overwhelm that kind of pressure can bring.
With over 700hrs worth of training, it’s my mission to support people in their path to finding balance within themselves, using frameworks rooted within yogic philosophy and concepts.
