Morning Meditation Series
Every Monday and Thursday we’ll meet for 20 minutes of gentle movement and a 10 minute guided meditation to help set the tone for the day. It’ll be an opportunity to connect with your body before entering into the next part of your day.
Feeling Zoomed out? This offering will be designed to do with your eyes closed/ without visual direction. My camera will be on but feel free to have your device turned around/ dial in only if you feel you’re spending too much time in front of a screen.
Cost: $28* (10% discount offered if purchased with All Levels Series)

All Levels Series
Every Tuesday, we’ll meet for a 60min alignment based practice focusing on something specific each week. Each session welcomes yogis who are newer to the practice but have a foundational knowledge of postures. It will also be an opportunity for seasoned folks to slow down and check back in. There will be variations offered to either amp it up or take down.
Week 1: Lower Body Release (Hips, Core & Lower Back)
Week 2: Twists and Lateral Bending
Week 3: Heart Openers
Week 4: Forward Folds
Cost: $40* (Drop-in option is available for $12) (10% discount offered if full series is purchased with Morning Meditation Series)

How to Register
For the full shabang: To sign up for one or both series, create a profile or log in through PunchPass. Go to Calendar/ Schedule - List and click on the series of your choice. If you are registering for both series, you’ll have to sign up separately for each one. An invoice will be sent to you shortly after your registration has been received.
For an individual class (all levels series only): Email zita@theseekingyogini.com or DM on Instagram requesting which class you’d like to register for. Create a profile on PunchPass if you haven’t one already. Zita will then assign you to that particular class. Payment can be made by Venmo to zita-flaherty or by card (click here). You will receive an email receipt shortly after payment has been received.
Ongoing Live Studio Classes
Zita teaches a Live Stream all levels power vinyasa class through NOW Yoga every Wednesday at 7am PST. Classes start off slow but finish off strong. Props are always encouraged and variations of different postures are given. Drop in charge is $10 and students can sign up via their website or searching NOW Yoga on MindBody. Classes are available to rent up to 48hrs after class is held (just be sure to register ahead of time!).
