In Person

A private 1-1 session is a great option for someone who is looking for a customized practice in the comfort of their own home. It’s an opportunity to pause, ask questions and deepen in to places that need work, mentally, physically and energetically.

Each program is specifically built for what the students needs and goals are. In person privates can have up to two people.

Virtual

A virtual lesson is ideal for those who travel a lot or are confined to their homes for any number of reasons. It can be difficult to find a studio when you leave home base or to keep up in person privates if life is abundant.

Having a virtual, customized class can open up opportunities to connect through technology from the comfort of your own space. Virtual privates can have up to one person.

Group Lesson

Group lessons (virtual) can be a a brilliant way to pull communities together (workplace, social clubs, wedding parties), offering a well rounded, customized class designed to uplift, recharge and create a healthy atmosphere.

With health & wellness at the top of every conversation, this is a wonderful way to integrate it in to your circles daily/ weekly practice.

*Classes can be used within the first 12 months of activating their first pass.
